Geothermal

The earth is the best solar collector around.  Geothermal systems use the earth and the solar energy it collects to help meet your needs with heating, cooling and water.  This solar energy absorbed and stored by the earth keeps at a relatively constant temperature year round.  During the winter a geothermal system moves heat from the earth  into your home, and during summer time it takes the heat from your home and puts it into the earth.

These systems are very unique and can be used for residential and commercial buildings.  These systems are self-contained, quiet, and do not cause any pollution.  These systems do not take away from your homes appearance or landscaping.

The advantages of a Geothermal System are numerous.  They can cut your heating and cooling cost by 50 percent and provide hot water for free or either at a tramendous savings.  These systems are extremly durable and are protected from the outdoor elements of the enviroment.  They have fewer mechanical components which saves on maintenance cost and repairs.  The life expectancy of a ground loop system is 50 years, which is far greater than a above ground heating and cooling system.  These Geothermal Systems have low noise because there is no outside units.  These systems are environmentally friendly, no pollution or destruction to our ozone.

Installing one of these ground loop systems will depend on your specific needs, your climate and soil condtions, as well as, the available land area that you have.  The four main ground loop systems used are:  horizontal, vertical, pond/lake and open.

Geothermal Systems have many type of applications where they can be used, such as, residential, commercial, hospitals, schools, public buildings, musems, and commercial buildings.
