I want to tell you how much I appreciate the quality of work you and your team did in installing my new Trane air conditioner and replacing all the ductwork.  You were prompt and efficient in the bidding process and had the lowest cost by a good margin.  Your installation team lead by Josh was prompt and courteous both to each other and us.  They were careful to pretect our carpet and furnishings and good about cleaning up after themselves.  And most importatntly, the quality of their work was superb.  They made the extra effort to do things right.  I’m very particular and it is seldom that I say someone did a job like I would have done it.  But I can say that about Josh and his team.  I’m not one to routinely lavish praise but I do so in this case because you earned it.  Hopefully I won’t need air conditioning service for a while, but when I do, I will call you.

My a/c compressor went out during a 100+ heat wave in July in Dallas, TX.  When I called Mesquite Heating and Air Cond. and explained that my 72 year old mother also lived with me they came out right away.  The new unit was installed within 24 hours.  I really appreciated their prompt service and would highly recommend this company.

Gary Thurman came to check out our non-functioning Carrier unit at 4:30 p.m., within 2 hours of my call.  After my existing AC service provider’s technician checked it out and gave me a diagnosis and recommendation that I didn’t feel comfortable with that.  I had a gut feeling wasn’t right.  Gary confirmed the inaccuracy of the other technician’s diagnosis and offered to intall a new Trane unit that evening.  And, although I advised that the next day would be ok, he had a new unit installed and cooling by 9:30 p.m.!  Obviously outstanding service.  Above and beyond what was exptected.
